If all this is true I just cant get my head round Ritchie

Why on earth would a manager turn down money for players when it is so plainly obvious what we need!?

All thi stalk of giving the players a chance is ******. That should have been 6 or 7 games max.

If i was in a team and performing and there wee others that could come in and help me do even better as a TEAM i would jump at the chance to work with better players - it would not dmaage morale apart from amongst those not good enough - and they would be free to go anyway.

I think Ritchie is on some sort of a mission to get thru the season without spending a penny. Is he on a profit share or what? Or is he trying to jazz his CV up with - took barnsley up into the championship and kept them there spendning only 150K.

If you are not willing to strengthen Andy then you will have to go. Simple as. Hate to say it and hate to see you go but if the repotrs are true - you are currently damaging the club and everything you have built up.

 

On the other hand

a bit of money thrown at this team and we could be sniffing round the other end of the table,put that on your cv

no wonder we all get built up into a frenzy.

What i want to know is has Ritchie been lying these last few weekes every time hes come out saying weve missed out on people - because if what GS is saying is true then Ritchie aint gone for anyone - so why have we been tld he has.
