on the upside - if there is some type of problem and the players are backing ritchie then..they play out of their skins at palace?

Can't help but think all's not well between the 2 of them, Also..

I believe the players have played out of their skins for most of the season, unfortunately at this level that's not always enough to get results. Some of the players are simply not good enough. Richie has not addressed this.
