    Or could be radio sheffield enjoying ruffling feathers?

    Would be very surprised if they were to be pushed out... or maybe Crynes interview was an early salvo to pave the way for their removal if he blames them for the Stones transfer debacle.

    They shouldn't appoint ANY manager unless he agrees to Burton & Hecky staying on in some capacity, at least Academy coaches.

    Remember the occasion when Spackman was allowed to dismiss Eric Winstanley, a fine coach who is Barnsley through and through. How that was sanctioned was so wrong.

    Anyway, moving to present day, I agree with many others who see little point in appointing Johnson. Better to give our own two a chance, and see where we go from there. There's no necessity for an immediate appointment anyway.

    I can't see it happening, from what I've heard their jobs with BFC are safe.
