Cranie. M'voto and that guy from the Rizzle kicks were brilliant today. http://www.globalcool.org/fashion/d.../capital-fms-jingle-bell-ball-saturday-london
Me too. And I'm amazed at that. Someone (Danny?) deserves major credit for getting these two to become a solid partnership after no playing or calamitous showings respectively at the start of the season
Nyatanga Today aside, not seen him pull up many trees to be honest. But im a fan of M'Voto's so I'm biased
Nobody at the moment. As far as I'm concerned, if you're given the shirt and you play well you keep it. Nyatanga and M'Voto have played great, so they stay in the team.
Agree. I wouldn't have believed this a few weeks ago but Cranie will be on the bench the way things are right now.
It's a strange one but you've got to go with the best team rather than individuals & as it is the current back 4 is doing well & deserve to keep there places. A lot of it's confidence, I remember going to Forest last season & seeing us field a back 4 of Andrai Jones, Wiseman, Cranie & Noble-Lazarus & we still kept a clean sheet! At that point the lads seemed to believe they could beat anyone & after seeing the composure our back 4 showed today it's clear they're currently playing with plenty of confidence
Calamitous showings giorr wi thi, they made mistakes early season like the two they replaced did and every bloody Barnsley player I`ve every seen.
Surely after last few performances its clear to see that our weak link at the back has been Cranie this season!!
^ What's happened to Andrai Jones? After those great performances last year he seems to have completely dropped off the radar!
I know he had a loan spell at Tranmere but came back before Christmas. It's a strange one because he's definitely at the club, I saw him on a video one on the players put on Instagram last week but he's not making any appearances for the under 21's
To be fair M'Voto was genuinely awful in his first 10 games for us, he seemed on a mission to cost us a goal a game. However well he's doing now doesn't change that but let's hope his current form is here to stay
Up to his injury, I believe Cranie was clearly miles in front of anyone else as Player Of The Season. However, although both M'voto & Nyatanga may have only been put together because of injuries to others, their performances have been outstanding. They have both totally justified their selection and, provided their level of performance is maintained, deserve to keep their places in the team. They have shown patience whilst waiting for their opportunity and, once fit & available, Cranie should do likewise.
