    We'll find it very hard to replace him. He's a very assured player and consistant if he was a bit taller he'd make a quality center half

    What's the point in signing two and losing two?

    If we sign two with quality, and then sell Howard and Hassell, it's obvious that we're no further forward. That's the route to relegation.

    He's not that good a right back though...

    Which makes me think we wouldn't get much of a fee for him. If he was a bit taller, like you say, he would be such a good centre half. As it stands he's just good when we're not playing against the Adebole's of this league.

    What's the point in keeping players who perhaps no longer want to play for Barnsley?

    People have complained recently about the lack of passion in players, maybe some don't want to fight for Barnsley anymore.
