would have us believe, what the **** does it make us?
Englands 'world class' players can't even pass 5 yards to each other.
Wayne Rooney - The worlds most overrated player.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.Behind Lampard.

Rooney on form is as good as it gets. He's still way off form. Lampard on form is about on par with my arse. But less mobile.
The thing is with Rooney... when he's bad he's awful.
Look at the other worlds recent best like Zidane etc.
When they have poor games the still look one of the best on the pitch.
I know I shouldn't compare ZZ with Rooney but when people call Rooney world class it grates.
Rooney is a good player but no where near the world class stakes, not yet anyway.
WTF does Lampard bring to this England team? Having Lampard playing then wastes Englands best player - Steven Gerrard is put out to pasture because of him.
If Lennon is fit I'd stick him on the right and play Gerrard with Hargreaves/Carrick.

RE: The thing is with Rooney... Lacks the consistency mate, granted. When he can string three or four great games together, maaybe he'll be more deserving of the accolade. Sadly, until Owen's back or we play with a pacy striker as a striker (and not stuck out somewhere f**king useless), we're not going to see the best of him.
Fair point... But thats a long way off.
Defoe can't even get a game for Tottingham and it seems that England will never play Johnson in the right ******* position either.

Roll on the new Wembley , 80 quid a ticket to watch that *****! I wonder what piss poor excuse we will get this time.
