If I have to read once more about a so-called weakened Liverpool team!

    Other than Gerrard and Torres I can't think of anyone else who would have made their line-up stronger. Maybe the goalkeeper change but if your reserve goalie isn't more than good enough to play in cup competitions then you need to seriously start worrying about the money Benitex seems to have pissed down the sink.

    Good to see the papers are still running stories on it today, Bristol Rovers at home or Man United away next please, anyone but WBA, Preston, Cardiff or Pompey.

    its really annoying i was expecting the likes of jack hobbs to be playing not carragher and there still talking about a weakend side, no ones talking about us having to field a weakend side e.g no macken lewin and JCR on the bench

    exactly, it was us that fielded a weakened side

    no recognised keeper, second choice right back, 3rd choice centre back, 3rd choice striker and we brought on the 5th choice striker as well and still beat them

    For us i think Disco has moved above JCR in the pecking order in recent weeks nt

    Disco has been very poor lately mate

    In comparison to JCR's one man show away at QPR.

    When I say lately I mean the last few games

    and the fact that Davey is choosing him ahead of JCR for the bigger games

    JCR was v good at QPR

    Disco did put in a couple of half decent crosses on Sat though

    And Kept their fairly useful Left back out of the attack most of the game.

    The change that cost Liverpool was having to play their second choice goalie - Reina would have saved both our goals.

    Not our fault our 3rd choice keeper is better than their second choice though is it :)

    We win...... everyone plays well..... but yet some people still complain

    I think both players are equally as talented and both can be match winners on there day..... I think Davey got the tatics and subs spot on, last 20minutes bring on the live wire of JCR to attack the tired legs of Liverpool.....

    No comaplaints just a big well done SD and the boys!!!

    Plus I would like to add Devaney set up 1st goal and played in some killer balls..... JCR can do tricks and beat players all day long but his crossing isn't on a par with Devaney's.... JCR is immense early on in games but tends to run out of steam late in the game.

    you totally missed my point

    my point being Devaney has played well in recent weeks and is our top winger however JCR is pushing him hard. where is the complaint there? Its praise for both our wingers
