If I was appointing the manager I'd go with. . . .

Someone who could provide the following,

Attacking passing entertaining football.
Organised solid defensive unit.
Highly energetic fast tempo football both with and without the ball.
A strong work ethic, a fantastic team spirit, fitness and motivation second to none in the league.


It doesn't matter how old he is, what is name is, who is managed before, what happened in his last job, I would interview all applicants explaining that all the above criteria is as important as each other, and tell them that no matter what the results if all the above are evident, he'll be aloud to run the team as he sees fit. Then if he fails to deliver what I want he'll be sacked and the next man will be told the same until I got someone who could do what I wanted.

In summary I don't know who I want but I know what I want from the next manager
