Having a fair percentage of lower league players in a side is fair enough provided you also have enough class to bring the lesser players on and have to spark to win games.
If you populate the team with lower league players then chances are, eventually, you'll end up with a lower league team; playing in lower league.
Passion and hard graft, when it makes the occasional appearance will not cut it in this division.
