Oakwell, I can't find it in me to justify £20 + to watch that ***** week in week out, could well be the end of a lifelong, turbulent relationship with BFC.

    RE: Well....

Whether I get another season ticket depends on what happens pre-season. That is regardless of Championship or league 1 football.

I'll get another ST cos I'm mental. It doesn't mean I subscribe to the Board's way of doing things though.

    RE: Well....

Like a sucker I will be there whatever. But it certainly gets harder to justify the cash when the club look clueless.</p>

And I can fully understand why people are pissed off and will stay away. But at least there will be loads of incentives and offers to tempt the doubters back and we will not see a drop in crowds.

I will not be attending most home matches like i do now

I will pick and choose, my loyalties have been tested too far. If nearly everytime i went to a gig it was **** and it was costing me £20 i'd stop f@cking going.

Paying far too much for little in return.

Don't think i'm going on Monday and i've a season ticket, i'd rather spend the day on the coast enjoying myself.

    Charming.

I agree, we don't need those kind of people. We'd be much better off with 3,000 crowds every week.

Er ! I don't like Man United, or any other team for that matter.....

but, I refuse to pay to watch dross, as a customer I reserve the right to, and expect, quality entertainment for my hard earned dosh.

Having said that, Vinny my boy, your argument was well thought out, and, if I may make so bold, eloquence personified.

I've been to Oakwell since 1975 and had a season ticket since 95/96. I don't think I've felt as disillusioned as I do now. I have some very serious thinking to do before I part with the &pound;600 for two ST. What's on the pitch doesn't help but it's the perception as to what is going on behind the scenes that worries me more.

I totally understand where the people are coming from who say they won't be attending next season. I have openly stated that I haven't decided yet, whether in the Championship or League 1. Now if people want to say anything about it, go ahead. At the moment I have better use for that money. For me to hand over atleast &pound;500 to this Club then changes have to be made this pre season. I want to see ambition from the club, a chairman who communicates with the fans. Most important I want to see players who play with pride. I have stated in the past I could accept Barnsley FC getting relegated if they had played with the pride and passion for atleast 80% of the season, but it is sad to say that I can't. Too many times this season I have seen theplayers walk off the pitch without even applauding the fans.
