    Would they get away with paying wages to past players (Fowler Mills etc) which must be a small fortune. Or stopping these in 'The Master Plan'

    No they wouldn't. FA rules do not allow 'football' debts

    to be written off in the same way as other debts,they have to be paid in full (except Steve Parkin obviously).
