True, he could have gone to the championship LAST Season

None of the championship teams could better the extended contract option he had pre-arranged with Barnsley.

Based on the way he messed us around last season, it's obviously a money thing.

    RE: BYE BYE JUDAS

After the final in Cardiff about 7ish Macca was walking away from the stadium with a couple of cronies past the pub the Barnsley fans were given, I shouts to him "Oy Macca sign that contract" he turned round muttered summat and laughed. Wonder why he was walking into Cardiff and not driving or being driven home...?

Meeting with a former chairman who took him from Leeds to Barnsley who's now at Cardiff perhaps...?

Oh FFS wait and see what happens.

And why Judas? 2 years is all he's done - if he's being offered a better contract elsewhere then why does that make him any different to you or I in our chosen professions?

If he stays, I'll be glad, will be a totally different player in the Championship BUT if he goes then he could be replaced.

Dont want to break the bank to keep him OR persuade him to stay.
