    He scores, sets goals up and has excellent movement. That'd help the defence by taking the pressure off them.

    Agreed that we do need fullbacks, but a quality striker would certainly have helped. Plus, he'd have added significantly to the gate.

    Coz we were never going to pay half a million for Chopra!

    They are 30-40 million in debt.</p>

    The Premier money will just temporarily keep the wolf from the door.</p>

    Bolton / Newcastle and many others  are massively in debt.</p>

    I hope Platini gets in at UEFA and makes the rules that you cant be in Europe if you are massively in debt.</p>

    I saw an interview on TV with the Southampton manager who was asked about his pre-season interest in Chopra. He said that he talked to Chopra's agent, but he got the impression that the deal with Cardiff was all sewn up.
