If Perkins and obrien do not start the next game.....

    Then Keith Hill should have managed his last match in charge of Barnsley. He has to play his best players in their best positions from the off if we are to have a sniff of stopping up this season. Had he done the aforementioned today i highly doubt we would have lost that game of football from what i witnessed second half.

    'best players'? yes Perkins and Jimmy did very well when they came on but how do you know what it would have been like if they started the game? Also, different players are more suitable in different games, a lot depends on opposition, cant just simply pick 'best players' every game, just may not work.. IMO

    would you be saying the same if the chances we created were taken and the scoreline was 2-1 to Barnsley? Doubt it. Not hes fault players didnt score from the chances we had, he cant do it for them!

    Bottom line is we lost at home to the worst side apart from us in the league so there is something seriously wrong with what the players are doing under hills coaching as on paper this team at the mo should be doing a lot better in my eyes. Sideways and backwards movement is the reason we are where we are and will see us relegated!!!

    Most people sat around me were wondering why we didn't start the game as we finished it. The first half was truly horrendous. The tempo was too low and our play was full of basic errors.

    Had we got something, the concerns surrounding why we (yet again) started so poorly would still be there.

    If's and but's don't win games and neither do Hill's tactics and formations. You sound a bit like Hill to be honest.

    I dont think players are doing much wrong, yes they're not playing to their full potential at the moment but they are giving everything when they are on the pitch, its all we can ask for as fans and you can say anything but today we were unlucky. The performance will come if the effort is there. Lets hope so anyway.

    Thing is the way Keith is playing it, o brien and Perkins will be out of the squad, and he'll put Done and Ethuhu in. Mind boggling.

    Perkins takes us forward, whether he starts or come off the bench. He drives us on and so does Job.

    Utter ****** that you cant just play your best players, Hill has chopped and changed for 18 months and its done us no good at all. you need a spine, maybe change the team slightly around the spine, but your best players have to play. Hill hasn't a clue who is best players are
