My sentiments exactly I can't see how changing manager every year and a half or so will ever achieve anything long term, and like people have said, who the hell could we attract to replace him?!
True, but I doubt a new man would save us I could be wrong of course, could get a new saviour, but I just think give Ritchie time and with a few signings (I'm sure he wants new faces as much as we all do - the man's not stupid) we could well stay up this season and build for next season. What we know though eh? We'e just fans
RE: True, but I doubt a new man would save us Whoever the new manager is (if there is to be one) his record over the next 8 games couldnt bemuch worse than the last 8.
A new manager with.... ... a ready made excuse for failure. "Well of course if the Chairman had brought me in earlier, I'd have been able to mould the team into my way of playing, bring some new faces in, freshen things up.... blah ...blah...blah"
A maneger lives or dies by his results, look at the league tables, as to players leaving, well i pay £400 + a year and GIVE them my loyalty.............. they,re paid for theirs
