Would he have suffered the same vile abuse Davey received?

    May be it is.

Difficult to say if he could have kept us up with the players Davey inherited.

I don't understand how Mark Robins is a cheap option

When you take into account the cost of settling the contractual obligations of Simon Davey and all his backroom staff, as well as paying the compensation to Rotherham for Robins, Breckin, Taylor, Daws & Tracey.

Robins is not a cheap option probably best part of £500k

to settle all the compensation issues.

Davey junked most of Ritchies players and, undoubtedly, Robins would have too.

I doubt Robins would have spunked hard earned cash on Mossto and Christiansen though.

It must really stick in your craw that Davey turned out to be just what you accused Ritchie of

Being a soft touch for his player !!!!

Why cant you admit it that you were wrong about him, just because he had all the badges , it did not make him a good manager.
Yes he did some good things at the club, but he was awful at actually managing the players HE fetched into the club.FACT

I think Davey would have turned it round given a few more games.

I think it's a great shame that he wasn't given a chance to work with Grey and Halfredson.

Robins does seem to be a wee bit more dynamic than Simon was. I couldn't understand why Simon stood by KO for so long.

    Turned down money for KO?

Are you sure? Thought it was just Rotherham and Scnuthorpe after him on loan?
