Think tomorrow night we should defo show our support for the man and get behind him and the team 100%, non stop singing for him and lets make the board know how we feel!!!!! For once lets have everyone at the club pulling in the same direction no matter what happens!!!!
good call . to sack AR or even think about it would be crazy , stability and continuity are needed.. i mean , didnt we win promotion only a few months ago !!

unfortunatly,I'm one of those who does'nt know what is happenning behind the scenes but I do know that many fans have been crying out for a new signing or two,if only to survive in this league.From some of the reactions on here I can only assume that there is empirical evidence to prove that the board are at fault and that it implies they have'nt backed Ritchie for the purpose of that survival .On the otherhand however we are also informed that Ritchie is only interested in young players and not the more mature breed deemed neccessary by some to create stability and experience.If the latter is true,and I know sweet F.A,then surely it might be suggested the manager is assisting inadvertently in a decline.The board however might also be playing a classical game of "Lets get rid"I do think though that there is lots of ambiguity within the running of the club and as such it continues to whip up these negetive emotions.From a personal piont of view I try not to wear my heart on my sleeve while trying not to come to an automatic assumption without proof that Ritchie is right and the board are wrong.
