    It must invest in a new ticketing system allowing season ticket holders / supporters club members to purchase on line and a proper categorisation of other fans to give appropriate prioritise.

    But you can 100% guarentee that the club will go and shoot itself in the foot by charging a 10% booking fee when it is cheaper for the club to recieve / process bookings this way than at the box office.
