If they’re available of course. This debacle needs to be worked on straight away and not wait to start in the summer. Another home loss against yet another poor team. I can’t believe how we’ve turned into the easiest team to score against. I wouldn’t be concerned if everyone of our defenders left the club in the Summer

two seasons in a row now they have removed the coach with no better plan suicidal, I'm all for sacking a manager if we're doing badly but you need to have someone lined up who can do a better job

The squad as it is should still be a more coherent unit and without the continuous countless basic errors that we are seeing and are proving so costly. There is definitely a lack of direction and leadership on the pitch. It’s not their work ethic, it’s their thought processes and generally not working smart enough. Like I said, if they know their target and they are available now, get them in and try and get things going now for next season.

I'm not imagining it am I ? But didn't Nareev in a recent interview, say something along the lines of it means foregoing pre season to get the person they want he's fine with that.
    Sadly we just don't learn.

Doesn’t matter who the manager will be, as long as Sormaz is here we will continue to regress. The worst is yet to come.

Supported the Reds for 43 years and its the first time i felt' physically sick ' last night. No disrespect to Exeter but to lose to them at home AGAIN was sickening. How bad we are is unreal, you just know we're going to lose. Sad times at Oakwell but we've got to stick by OUR club hard as it is.

They've already said the best options will be available after season, due to contract situations / compensations etc. So let's see if they keep their word and how quickly they do it when season ends. No need to rush right now as long as whoever comes in gets a full pre season.

Spot on, considering how efficient we are in doing our business why would we possibly not believe them.

My point being is they've suggested the best assets will be available soon as season ends. If they're too slow they've dug their own grave even deeper. But there's no doubt there are better managers who will be on loads of compensation until end of season so nothing out of the ordinary. If we wait and appoint some random then they'll just rightly get more stick.

Two of Paul Warne's management team have returned to Rotherham and the caretaker manager says he wants the job. That leaves Warne and his assistant looking for a job. Perfect fit with Connor staying in his coaches role learning from his old boss. I thought CH was nailed on but he can't get a win.

Parekh also said he was prepared to sacrifice a pre-season if it meant getting the right man in for the job. That’s a frightening thought and would put us on the back foot yet again at the start of a new season.
They just never learn. Truly clueless.

Because he's been an abject failure since he returned.

    Utter failure as a player
Diabolical as a coach (how many free kicks have we scored from?)
    Complete toss as a manager.

Why the hell would anyone think he's the man to give the job to? Other than 'because he was a good midfielder a few years ago and I get an erection every time I look at him' which bizarrely seems to be the logic that a few on here have used to say they want him to get the job.
