    can barnsley fc report it to the powers that be and it gets video reviewed and he gets a 3 game ban or something?
    or, if he got a yellow for it, is that the end of the matter and we lose every which way?

    any one know for certain? :eek:

    Because he was booked the FA can't do anything. However, if its deemed serious enough the police can step in. But that won't get us the 3 points we deserved.

    If he got a yellow that means the ref has already punished it and no further action can be taken.

    It can only be reviewed if no action was taken on the pitch on the basis that the ref therefore did not see it.

    A yellow can't be appealed either way as the incident has been seen.

    I asked the same question but I think because the referee gave him a yellow thats the end of the matter. If the ref hadn't done anything I think we could appeal

    the thug should be charged with gbh. if that had have happened int tarn centre hed have got arrested and deservedly so.

    agree with that. ive not seen it myself. if someone reports it, the police have a duty to investigate it..........it doesnet have to be hume. just a thought.
