    It's great that people are voting to keep Richie. Firstly, if we've got some points at this stage we can still pull it off.
    Secondly, even if we go down so long as AR brings in a couple of signings in January and we keep performing like we are he has done all he can, so what grounds does anyone have to want him out?

    In actual fact..

    employing bad managers and allowing them to build a squad has been the clubs downfall, starting with Hendrie, continuing in part with Bassett and definetly prolonged with Spackman and Parkin.
