ticket Its not because I'm doing it as a protest against the manager, board or the teams performance, nor is it because I wish to withdraw my support for the team, its just that I see attending football games as a leisure pursuit and as such it should be reasonably pleasurable to do so. If I'm going to feel the same way I that felt have over the last week, I think I'd prefer to find something else to do instead. Call me a fairweather supporter if you like, but they have had my money so they have not done bad out of the deal, I just can't stand the depression attending Oakwell brings into my life. It feels like the darkest days of Davey's tenure and we are only 4 games into the season.
Re: if things don't pick up I doubt I'll go to the next home game despite having a se Do what I do and go off camping away from it all!
Re: if things don't pick up I doubt I'll go to the next home game despite having a se at half time on saturday tina, I thought to myself, what the hell am I doing putting myself through this for? all the build up pre season, all the BIG TALK from the manager, all the talk of free flowing passing football, it had gone totally out of the window and I was watching an ultra defensive team, with square pegs in round holes, shitting themselves everytime the ball came near them. Progress from Daveys days? doesn't look like it. Out of the frying pan and in to the fire?, its looking that way. Thoroughly depressed with it all, so the rods are coming out and I'm off the find a bankside somewhere.
Re: if things don't pick up I doubt I'll go to the next home game despite having a se Sorry to hear that rothred. I hated the booing and the hostile atmosphere. I still have to have faith that somewhere along the line it will all come good, but it is utterly depressing I'll give you that. Go and relax in the peace of the countryside, it works wonders for me every time.
Re: if things don't pick up I doubt I'll go to the next home game despite having a se You will still be at the club long after Hills gone. I pay on the day so I can stay away, all be it with a guilty conscience, but if I had an ST I would stick it out. If Hill continues to attack the fans he will soon be out of the Club.
