But 10% (to him) is far better sum out of £4million than a mere £1m

 

but does he have a 1 million pound release clause though? i canrt see us putting release clauses on all r players like we did with mcindoe. and mcindoe only wanted it cos he has no loyalty about him whatsoever. I think muller is passionate about this club you can tell he is anyway so i dont think he would have requested a release clause in his deal.

 

If he has a £1m release clause then a club offering that activates it - he can then negotiate a much bigger signing on fee from the club he went to.

 

I wouldn't be surprised if quite a few of the "foreign legion" have a release clause.

...and I've seen plenty of him to come to that assessment. The boy is class.

He's also got a couple of factors in his favour when considering the transfer fee in his age - still eligable for our U21s - and the fact that he's been capped, and not just the once.

I couldn't judge Muller as I've not seen enough of him. Highlights on tv don't give an accurate enough appraisal.

Hennessey will be an international player for years to come whilst Nardiello was an international for as long as the mating season of a tsetse fly.

I'm not saying any different - but transfer fees are calculated using factors such as number of caps, age etc. Oh, and current wages

Buying chairman offers 75-80% of selling chairmans figure unless P Riddy is the purchaser when he offers 120% of the aforementioned figure.</p>

Nobody really gives a **** about caps unless they are outside of the European Union which then makes it difficult to get work permits etc if they haven't played for their country.</p>
