1, heres my first bit of advice, charge half price for a half season ticket....

 

I think you're failing to see the difference between those that come up with an idea(s) and those that make the business decisions.

Not a lot probably - if you mean how much were they going to pay us ? After that i think it's not a quantifiable amount to be fair.

We lost good publicity we used to get on the program. Now we are not mentioned as much the less exposure you get the less the revenue. So we shut off a source.

There are a lot more avenues we should be going down like a half page spread in the Chronicle, like family enclosure, like special reductions for loyal fans, like reduced prices more regular for kids (the kids will be full payers one day) I could go on.

 

Still waiting for the marketing dept to get back to me from before Christmas with regard to sponsorship!!!!!!!!!
