    I can't make up my mind as to whether that would make any difference at this stage. Assuming we do start next season in League 1, do we think he is the man to take us back up? Relegation would be devastating (both emotionally and financially), but without relegation we would never had the playoff victory in Cardiff - the greatest Barnsley moment of the last 15 years.
