    then we are only 7 wins from safety.

    this month could be our opportunity to really pull away from the bottom 3. what a fantastic achievement it will be for everyone involved at the club if we manage to stay up this season, considering the spending power of some of the clubs around us and our financial constraints.

    Espeicially after what went on with AR, rushing 4 signings through before the transfer window in November, and also what happened to Ronnie Wallwork.

    Amazing achievement if we can do it, Saturday is a huge opportunity to really put some distance between us and the bottom 3 OR drag 2 or 3 teams back into contention (Luton and QPR)

    I think the last part of that post is crucial. If we had lost v. Burnley there would have already been a clear gap between the bottom four and the rest. I certainly would not like to get bogged down in a four team relegation battle ie. Premiership when West Brom stayed up having been on the bottom throughout, there would be no guarantees.

    It's definately a crucial match on saturday because we can avoid that happening by winning. Not to mention the fact it's a local derby :pff
