What's happened to ruin it? Tried looking through yours and their twitter comments but can only see a comment from the lass that they had to sit on the plane for 45mins longer than expected. Pretty sure there must be more to it than that.
Nah i mistakenly replies to that tweet somehow They basically cancelled their hotel booking while they were on the flight over. Only here for 4 days They are just getting fobbed off by the rep who has offered to email the uk and try and sort a hotel for them tomorrow
