And you are in the armed forces or the police the very best I can say is withdraw that support at the earliest possible opportunity.

People voting Tory who work in the public sector are misguided at best.

The don't believe in the public sector and are committed to channeling public money to private hands.

It's shocking, I really can't understand why anyone would think that they're a good option with what they've been doing, and what they are planning to do, to this country.

Wanting to privatise the NHS is sickening to say the least.

The problem was that after three terms of the last government the Tories did look like a good option to a lot of people and sadly it still looks like there is no real opposition. They are all as bad and I think I will exercise my right not to vote at the next election.

whatever labour did wrong in their last administration is open to debate, but one thing that is definite is that ithey mproved the service of the nhs from the shambles they inherited.

Exactly. IMO they did a lot better than what the current regime are doing, and what they are planning to do.

Load of codswallop, I work in the public sector and I'm pig sick of this govt attacking every facet of my employment contract.. All this 'red tape' nonsense is exactly that and is a mask for the Tory right wing to run riot. Is making Great Britain great by attacking peoples rights at work whilst at the same time accepting cash in to the coffers that comes by the way of tax evasion/avoidence etc?

Thatcherism robbed this country of its Industrial base, thats what made Great Britain great. It also sold this Country's assets and left essential infrastrucure such as Water, Transport, Utilities at the mercy of the financial markets. The irony of that being other country's Govts hold shares in our infrastructure.

Typical Tory speil we inherited this, The economy isn't growing, we have an idiot for a chancellor who would sooner persue a personal tit for tat with his opposite number raherthan try and do something meaningful. This Coalition Govt is a farce and has been since day 1.

Good un... oh you're serious oh well never mind. I take this cut back in bureaucracy includes the massive cut backs in HMRC to make them so incompetent that they can't collect billions of taxes that are actually due ?

As for making 'Britain great' aye this is the tory party that destroyed and sold off the industrial base that made this country great. But they weren't the only ones that were complicit with the decline, there were the the unions and the labour party in the 70s as well but that's a different story. Over to Redstar for that one.

I can see why the Tories deserve stick but anybody who thought Gordon Brown and his lot did a good job is just deluded. Hey short of money just borrow a lump more and hey don't worry about paying it back etc etc.

But for the bounty of north sea oil so would Thatcher.

If you want to observe the genesis of benefit culture look back to the early 80s.

Oh the same tax avoidance culture that was condoned by Blair Brown and their cronies ? Philip Green alone avoided £250m in 2006. I don't think that the incompetent ones at that time were Cameron and Clegg (although they are incompetent)
