    Which would you chose?

I think Partridge would swing it for me

Hi I think Blackadder was originally shown on BBC2, Faulty Towers as been on BBC2 but it may have started out on BBC1.

Teachers on Channel 4. Wasn't in the job when It first came out, but you can liken the characters to quite a few colleagues.

Ah but that's the game, you can only ever watch one of the channels' comedies again. Forever. Do you sacrifice Early Doors, The Office and League of Gentlemen? Or Father Ted,Phoenix Nights and Peep Show? Big Train or Spaced?

I think it is just about the worst "comedy" I have ever had the misfortune to see!!!
But I know that everyone has different ideas of what is funny !!

    BBC 2 probably shades it:
    Blackadder
    League of Gentlemen
    Fawlty Towers
    Partridge
    Bottom
    Smell of Reeves & Mortimer
    Shooting Stars
    Mighty Boosh

It would be a difficult choice between BBC3 and Sky One based on current output. BBC3 (Bad Education, Cuckoo and Some Girls) and Sky 1 (Stella, Starlings, League of their Own and Moone Boy) have all been good.

Spaced or Peep Show, there's such a lot of great comedy to choose from.

Didn't the inbetweeners come on channel 4? Id have to go for that. The majority of my favourites came on Bbc 1 or the more later ones on Bbc3

Channel Four have been re-running Frasier for a long time. In fact, they went right through to the end and then started at the beginning again. It is on at 8 or 9 something every morning, usually playing two episodes. I have it on permanent record and catch up whenever. Classic comedy that can be watched over and over again and it is still brilliant (even if it IS American!)

No idea. Definitely not at work, though. Honest.

Ooh, good question. I'd have to lean towards Channel Four, mainly because of Father Ted, Absolutely and Comic Strip Presents, as well as some strong American imports, many long forgotten (Bakersfield PD was a work of genius).
