over recent years anyone who has fallen out with davey or said BOO to him, or challenged in any way, gets dropped and ends up leaving the club. it now looks like howard is going the same way. davey is the clearly the problem. howard is a quality player and we do not have strength in depth. to lose him now is a complete joke, which is what simon davey is turning out to be. get shut, ******. and good look to howard wherever he goes. top player and never let the club down.
because Daveys man management skills appear to be zero never known a manager 'fall out' with so many players, yes discipline them if needed but Davey just appears to throw his rattle spit his dummy and thats that
Howard has always wanted to leave before the season started, Davey wouldnt allow it until De Siva came back... Whats wrong with that? he had no intention of staying! IN MY OPINION!
Perhaps... if we thought he was "worth £10 million" we should have at least spoken about a new contract with him. Respect and the like.
RE: Perhaps... he should have got a fee for him in the summer then, rather than peanuts now. ive heard on good authority davey has completely and utterley lost the dressing room and the players. who next to go out the door??
RE: Perhaps... I personally hope this is the downfall for Davey, seems to fall out with everyone who might not agree with him. Letting Howard go for virtually **** all to Sheff Utd of all the clubs is a disgrace, I think PC needs to come out and tell us exactly whats going on as everybody is guessing and coming up with different answers. Anyway thanks for the memories Brian Liverpool away will always guarantee you a drink in tarn!
Good luck to the lad, even though his heart hasnt really been with the club for a while and in recent weeks he's become a liability rather than an asset.
There was no evidence he's lost the dressing room today I don't think any of the players could have given any more. We were never going to score like, but that wasn't because of a lack of effort.
