would you buy the club for a hobby or not? not sure myself cos you would certainly upset some people whatver you did. keep buying those euromillions tickets folks!
Maybe I'd install a (football experienced) Chief Executive controlling a board who were commercially aware, media savvy and who believed in letting the football manager and his team get on with the job. I'd have no day to day involvement, but I employ ex SAS and Mossad agents who would track down and kill the people on here that criticised the Club.
I would and then treat it as a going concern to became a fully sustainable club that's a beacon of light in the **** filled pond it resides in. First port of call would be the boardroom. Get a proper board of directors in place with people being held accountable for their actions. And ensure that those who do sit have a mixture of business and football experience. Would also look at getting a fans representative on board. Next public relations. The clubs fallen short on this a number of occassions both in print and on other media such as the radio. There is a distinct break in the relationship between the club and the fans. Once that's in place then its time to look deeper.
