that's what makes me laugh about celtic. let's get passed the champions league group stage by having a huge frontman who can't run or turn. "john hartson was big so let's get dion dublin in cos he's big. then we can blame champions league refs when we get knocked out and sit back and look at another pointless championship win and count the number of replica shirts sold in ireland"

To be fair, John Hartson was one hell of a player for Celtic, all the fans are gutted he's left. He scored 20+ most seasons, if not all, for them.

It was a strange one that Strachan let him go, but apparently it was wage related.

They need to find themselves another Henrik Larsson, because I doubt Kenny Miller, Derek Riordan, Craig Beattie, and Dion Dublin will be world beaters this season coming. Magic Zurawski and Shunsuke Nakamura are their only hopes!

I've got a Hearts top - from 1992 I think. Might take it on holiday. One season not long after I'd bought it and Hearts needed to win on final day of season to ensure they stayed up - I was on holiday in Tenerife and on the sunday I was wearing it when a guy with one of the strongest Glaswegian accents I've heard came up to me saying something along the lines of "you just made it", should have seen his face when I replied in a Barnsley accent!

Goes back to when I was a kid and playing subbuteo with some mates we decided to play as Scottish teams and I drew out Hearts!
