If you were Davey, who would you keep/let go?

Obviously i'm bored at work, so i'm playing a bit of fantasy manager thinking about next seasons squad and i've come up with:

KEEP

Nardiello - 1 year deal (So as not to put him back in comfort zone)
Howard - 2 year deal (has really earned it imo)
Nyatanga - Season long loan (If Derby allow it, which is probably unlikely)
Kay - 2 year deal. (Looks to have formed a good partnership with Nyatanga)

LET GO

Rajczi - A tough one this, cos I like him. He's not really had as much of an impact as Instvan, but he's given Nardi a kick up the rectum simply by giving him competition for places. However, there will be better all round players for 250kish.
Reid - If Nyatanga signs and Atkinson progresses, I believe that Reid would be surplus to requirements. Too injury prone and lightweight to be a centre back.
Hayes - Too lightweight and gets knocked off the ball too easily. Very frustrating because technically he's very good.
Richards - If we have Istvan, then we don't need Richards. Will do well for a League One SIde.
Colgan - Too many errors have cost us dear.
Kyel Reid - Too inconsistent. although is only young and can only improve. Keep an eye out for him incase released/loaned out by West Ham.

TARGETS

No Idea:

Ideally we need another striker to compete/motivate Nardiello.
A tough tackiling midfielder so Togwell doesn't have to play every game. Wallwork?
A keeper to really command the area and motivate the back 4. Ideally someone in the mid 20's who come be a fixture for years to come.
A winger as we've not yet replaced McIndoe.
Chopra if PC has 5million burning a hole in his pockets.

Disclaimer: All these are based on us avoiding rello. If we go down, then they are worthless.

Any thoughts?

I thought Paul Reid was exceptional on Saturday - more of that week in week out and Mr Reid could well prove to be a very important player for us.

Suprised you'd let Colgan go ...... decent keepers are hard to get hold of.

I'd keep both Reid's-Kyle a loan if we can't afford him

we definitely need two DEFENSIVE full backs -I've had enough of full backs who bomb forward but can't tackle

a top class backup goalie to pressure Colgan-Lucas does not fit the bill

I'd also keep Raczi and play him as a forward

rajczi gotta keep, saw that he was good against hull, stoke etc. dont we need players as back-up and for when Nardiello steps down a gear, You haven't mentioned Coulson and many others that should either stay or go, Austin, Heckingbottom, Devaney

both Reid's are good players :)S)

If we are in the Championship next season we should go get Konstantopolous from Hartlepool. I am sure he would come and jump up a league. We should also get Campbell-Ryce from Saaarfend. Julian Gray for LB, another RB as good as Hassell, get Nyatanga back, sign K Reid, Howard and Nards to sign new contracts, would also offer Raczji a seasons contract.

Team (Squad)

Konstantopoulous (Colgan)

Julian Gray (Eckersley,)
Hassell or another good RB (Austin maybe)
Nyatanga (Reid)
Experienced CB (Kay, Atkinson)

Devaney (K Reid)
Campbell Ryce (another RM,)
Togwell (another tackling CM, maybe Wallwork)
Howard (McCann)

Ferenczi (another striker)
Nardiello (Racjzi)

Thats a 23/24 man squad with cover everywhere. Could also keep Coulson, R Jones (loan), Williams (but loan him out til needed), Letheren, McGrory and the youngsters.

Hayes, Richards, Heslop, Joynes, Harban, Lucas and Mattis go, unless the younger players have shown a massive improvement and are ready for the first team.
