Cardiff went out to Barnett in the first round.

Look where they are now. They didn't even have to turn out last night.

Let it go. There's a more important agenda we have to deal with.

    even more relevant

    Preston were resting last night

let's hope if they were scouting us that we've lulled them into a false sense of security

Not sure what he'll have gained from watching our Ressies but still.

NONSENSE..Shepherd moaned about lack of funds , so we give up on a cup run....good Idea.

and if we loose at Preston despite the reserves turn out then it makes it even more senseless, we chucked away an earner. Remember we still have 37 games after Preston to sort out the league, we have no more earners from this cup now.. and I hear you say "Ah but a cup run can injure players " aye and it could raise cash for new players , you think what a good tie against say Arsenal or a decent prem side at home and on Sky tv.... not a lot of maths needed here ... sorry but we have squandered the chance for much needed cash .

Yeah we should have wiped the floor with Milton Keynes

Then nackered our players who are in for a tough game on Friday night. The points from that game could be crucial in our fight to stay up - and even then we might come home empty handed.

Then in the next round we would have probably gone anyway.

One thing is certain, we'll be onto a lot less earners in League 1 than if we keep our place in the Championship.

Lets not bother with the FA Cup as well

In fact I think we should put the reserves out for Preston and Luton so the first team are rested for Wednesday away then rest them until the Leeds home game, our best players should only be playing once a month at most .....FFS

Went last night and was disappointed, my feeling is that if we get at least a point at Preston the Ritchie's decission was correct, we loose then we have missed an opportunity to gain extra income (something we can hardly afford). We will have to wait and see!
