On the other hand it's to be hopeful that if Kiegan eventually becomes a match summariser for the reds he sounds a bit more upbeat and lively than Derek...........Derek ain't a John Pearson when it comes to enthusiasm that's for sure!
at least he says it like it is unlike Pearson who is completely biased after the Hull game "we're not a bottom 3 side but after half a season we are in the bottom 3" ??
I do agree that mostly his comments are accurate. But for once, wouldn't it be nice just to hear someone on the Radio genuinely sound passionate about the club and a little bit biased in our favour. I bet Dave Cooper wouldn't be as objective with his comments - true Red if there ever was one - wherehas for Mr Parker it sounds more like it's just a way of making a few quid and a bit of a chore at times.
If only He didn't score as many as he should have, but his skillful play made loads for Aylott/Glavin/Banks etc. One of my favorites he was.
