I know we discussed this in a different thread about the video passes but I noticed something in the T's & C's which seems quite relevant to the annual passes - my highlight Has anyone had a reminder? because I havent and officially my iFollow audiopass expires at the end of the month - it still says this in my iFollow details - there I can also see the video pass which is valid to July 24th If I didnt have the video pass are iFollow actually going to charge extra for Audio subscribers from 1st July. That would seem a bit unreasonable - though that wouldnt be a surprise. I did get a renewal reminder last season on 9thJun so it looks like they haven't sent any out this season at least not to me - did anyone else get one. For sure I dont want an auto renewal this time - I may renew once its clear how next season will work but if we are still behind closed doors to begin with I should have a "free" videopass to use where I cant use my ST. I wonder if I should send a cancellation anyway or wait for the reminder --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 5.4. Other Subscriptions: The following process will apply to your renewal: 5.4.1. a reminder will be sent to you by email at least 21 days before the end of your last Subscription Period reminding you that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the current Subscription Period; 5.4.2. at the same time as that reminder, you will also be informed of: 5.4.2.1. the terms and conditions applicable to the renewed Subscription Period; 5.4.2.2. the price for that renewal period, if different from that for the current Subscription Period; 5.4.2.3. action you need to take if you do not want your subscription to be automatically renewed. Usually this will require you to email confirmation that you want to unsubscribe to iFollow@efl.com not less than 5 days prior to the date of renewal;

What’s even more annoying about if they expect us to pay extra (like my dad who isn’t a ST holder so no video for example), is that I signed up in August but instead of getting 12 months like you used to with Barnsley Player, it only gave me until 30th June so I would have been covered otherwise.
