Success at last! After problems getting a new subscription with ifollow we decided to 'start again' using another email address, in effect as new customers. All went ok until I clicked the 'buy now' icon, nothing happened so I went to the chat facility, I explained the problem and a reply came back "what device and browser are you using". I was on a Samsung galaxy s5 and using google. They told me to clear the cache and cookies, terms totally alien to me. After a quick Google on how to do this, I managed to do as suggested, went back to the site and filled in the details, success at last. What a saga this has been, I confess I'm not a techie type but surely there has to be an easier way. To those experiencing problems I'd say stick at it if this is the only way you can keep in touch with the reds. We live abroad and only get to a couple of games per season and really missed the games.

I experienced problems initially - I could not renew online! Tried everything without success. Sent an e-mail and received a reply within minutes giving me telephone contact details - rang the number and everything was sorted within minutes. If any body else is experiencing problems I wouldn't mess about for days like I did just ring 02078264577.
