Any ideas anyone? Even though I'm logged in I get "Buy Video Pass". Same on all browsers/computers. Tried logging in and out. I cannot find the way to contact iFollow. My phone app says my password is incorrect so that's not an option either. If I click Buy Video Pass nothing happens although from the iFollow page it goes to the payment page, which tells me I already have a subscription. I managed to contact iFollow. But instead of fixing it they emailed back wanting my name, email address and club, even though I'd given them that. Stalling tactics. When I click on another video, say the DKD interview, it says "Too many concurrent sessions for the user"
I get that a lot... it is never cut and dried. I eff around with it and it just happens after a little while....
iFollow got back to me. They're blaming me, saying I was streaming on another device, hence it was blocking me from streaming. Unless I have been hacked, you know by one of those Chinese hacking teams that follow Barnsley, I call bullsheet. I either stream from my PC or I stream from the living room PC. That's it. I ensured I was logged out of both.
