I'll say it again - Hudders were poor over both legs

Even the first. Yes, a few good chances but finishing was consistent only in its abismality.

I said after Thursday that, without our help, they wouldn't score while ever they had holes in their arses, and I was right, despite being accused of being on drugs.

In 180 minutes of football they "scored" twice, each time after we suffered a cataclysmic failure in front of our own goal. If that hadn't happenned they would have been goaless throughout.

They were finally uncovered for what they are, something that has been apparent during their run in, whereas by contrast, we scored three classy goals all from different scenarios.

The other day, I maintained that, should Hudders go through, Swansea would flatten them, simply because the Swans had done it the hard way, whereas Hudds had been in a position of expectancy for weeks on end. It was that edge that gave it to Swansea over Brentford, and it was the same "uncertain" edge that paid off for the Reds.

The final will be a belter. Two outside ranked teams, having disposed of the media darlings, going at it hammer and tongs. I wouldn't want to predict the outcome, I reckon we could edge it - but whoever gets this one will truly deserve it.

Well done Andy and the lads - you did us all proud last night. Still got no voice!
