I'm a admirer of Shepherd, but, I feel totally let down.......

tonight, it appears that the powers that be at Oakwell seem ready to go and try and survive in this league with the hope that suspensions and injuries will not apply to BFC, it looks a forlorn hope, whatever Shepherd says with regards new players in the future, will be veiwed with sceptisism.
Andy Ritchie, on the other hand, has taken it upon himself to fly off to warmer climes, what message does this send to you or I? well, I think the guy knew that no more players were coming here, but rather than tell us supporters this, he's left us to scour all types of media for snippets of information.
Perhaps the next big signing at Oakwell should be a person that realises that WE too are part of the club, we need someone with proper PR skills.

 

I think its always been the same deadline day

we never seem to tie down a big deal,in fact most clubs supporters are having a moan tonight exept West Ham

I don't think he is a football guy
I think there is a place for him at the club
i.e. to look after the finances

But it definatly needs someone there who knows about.......
1) football players
2) how to get football players to join the club
3) what the fans want and how to keep them interested
4) how to manage press releases

I have said this before - we need a football director at the club

 

Mr Shepherd is taking the wee-wee out of the supporters........
