    I agree entirely and I would have said the same thing last week. Having spent 2 afternoons with Hillflicker and the team over last Christmas, I was very, very impressed by them. No-nonsense, yet relaxed with the players, great motivators, and Hill clearly has a knack of spotting talent on the cheap. The only thing I'm not so sure about is tactical nous - not that I can really comment as I can only go off what I read and hear from others. I'm sure that will improve with more experience at this level.
