I'm sure whichever BFC team lost this game would be the subject of more criticism compared to praise given to the winning BFC team. No doubt Davey would get a right old ear bashing for tactics on the losing team and be accused that his winning team were lucky, boring, didn't play attractive football etc. PS -Went to the Stoke game last night and the 300 Reds fans who were there absolutely first class. Must give the team that little bit extra which helped get all the 3 points. It's sad that sort of atmosphere and passion only seems to happen at Oakwell if we are winning and then only when winning comfortably (dont happen often of course).....Hull City being a good example.
that kind of atmosphere only happens at away games cos they few who go are going to really get behind the lads and try to cheer them on
Thats because away whilst annoying you dont mind putting 9 or 10 behind the ball however at home its hard to get the fans going if no one is in the opponents half.

Away support for any club is always louder, its not just BFC. The reason why people go away is to make noise.
