If Rotherham enter administration then they will automatically be docked 10 points. These are the rules set out by the FA and were inforced last season with Wrexham.
Rotherham Utd have said today that they may go out of business because they are losing money. They are trying to raise £1million to keep them in business until the end of the season. If the club can't raise the money they will shut down and any points that teams have taken from them will be deducted.
