In protest of John Stones being demoted back to the u21's squad, despite the fact that any Everton fan will tell you that he is twice the player that Phil Jagielka is.

He's better than Smalling and Jones too. Probably on a par with, and, the perfect partner for Cahill.

    Bizarre not to include him.

I thought we were rebuilding, but it's the same old faces in the main.

I'll watch it though. If only because one of my best pals at work is Lithuanian.

People still bother to watch the national team especially in meaningless matches? Best off watching the likes of Stella and Gogglebox.

Stones hasn't been playing that well, to be honest none of the Everton back 4 have. Won't hurt him to go back to u21 level.

I'd rather slam my head into a wall repeatedly than watch Gogglebox. Car crash tv. No surprise that you watch it though.

And it's a qualifier tonight, hardly meaningless.

Yeah but still meaningless. I'd back us as a third division football team to qualify from that group if we took the place of England. FIFA have wrecked the tournament by making it bigger thus far too easy to qualify from.

I'm not surprised as that's how people feel about the national team. They are pissing a group of nobody nations like expected and then will do the usual of reaching around the quarters of the finals and going out as usual to someone far superior to us like Germany.
