    nice passing football, without fear of the opposition and with confidence and self belief. i want to spend all week looking forward to going to Oakwell and once i get there I want to be enthralled by the game and shout and cheer and get behind the lads. I then want him to come on praise or grumble and be honest and forthright and say things as they are so that i can understand his mind set and what he's trying to do so I can behind him also.

    I realise its a bit of an ask, but its what the board ought to be considering if they want the fans behind the team and attendances to increase.
