    he has in his strike force & stop being nicey pie with his team when its clear they need a kick-up the backside.

    Hope they are experienced & not some untried youngster

    Not wanting to condem players that haven't even kicked a ball for us yet, but older/wiser heads are required asap. Oh, if they can score that would help.
