    I prefer dealing with someone in a call centre in Darjeeling or Dagenham.

    Just phoned Polar to book my car in for some work that needs doing on it. Bloke I started speaking to said he was going to transfer me to a "colleague" who could help. Ended up speaking to a lass with the strongest Essex accent I've heard in my life, with all the usual call centre racket going on in the background. Is it impossible for someone from Barnsley to phone a garage in Barnsley & speak to someone about some work that needs doing in Barnsley?

    Bloody southerners!
