    I've always thought Scotland would be a great signing for the TYKES.
    He's always impressed me...........a natural goal scorer.
    My only concern is that at 34 years old is he still capable of being as sharp.
    Fingers crossed he can become our Kevin Phillips.

    A lot of penalties in there of which seemed to send every keeper the wrong away.

    Nice two goals against us but typical Barnsley defending for the second.

    Surprised there isn't any headers in there for such a big physical lad.

    We still don't really thwack far post crosses in. . . Be interesting see if that burst of speeds still there.

    I'd back him to at least work the keeper every time from within the box.

    Physically very strong and at 5'8" has low centre of gravity and doesn't get knocked off the ball.

    Add into this the lad can finish.

    The only doubt (until I have seen him play) is if he's got the pace left in him?

    Looking at this montage of goals........REDS may have got a decent net buster.

    It's not a gamble. He's playing for next to nothing so we're hardly losing anything but potentially have a lot to gain.

    Overall pleased with the signing, not much to lose and plenty to gain, the only slight worry is that he had his best season for Swansea in League 1 when they won promotion, I think that's right, and not done a great deal since at Wigan and Ipswich, but I'd rather have him with us than not have him so lets hope he comes good for us
