I'm really really really confused

I'm reading the board and everyone saying Mifsud's turned us down.

Then I read Mark Stokes' site which everyone says is a mouthpiece for the club and it says they understand we've agreed terms with Coventry and Mifsud and it's down to his severance deal with Coventry.
