If you care to read all the threads that have been flying about over the last few days, I've been hammered by all the pro-davey brigade on here for asking everybody to nail their colours to the mast about Davey - it might have been a foolish thing to do with hindsight, but I just wanted to know who was backing him, and who wasn't and whether anybody changed their stance and if so, at what point.

The comment that you are referring to, and taking out of context, was a reply from someone, again who doesn't know me, who said ........ "you are not a supporter" ........ just because it is my view that Davey is not the man for the job.

Now, I could be right or wrong, but my opinion is a valid as the next persons. I only pointed out my 'history' of following the reds because this guy said I wasn't a supporter, which again is clearly wrong.

What I would say to you is, stop throwing the insults about without good reason

 

you are an hypocrite.... on the thread about being in or out on the davey thing, the first reply you got was off someone called clutch ..you called him an idiot....then on this thread you called me an asshole....without any derogatory remarks aimed at you by me...so if you cant take an insult dont give an insult..and finally heres my take on the endless davey debate...he's a young manager whos now served (and survived...just) his apprenticeship at a level that is very demanding...but now its crunch time,i would give him untill mid november before doing anything like sacking him ..the biggest dissapointment for me and many others is the lack of signings ,its very worrying to think we can be out bid by what we call lesser clubs than ourselves, i just get the feeling that if he doesnt get his intended targets he will resort to panic buying to swell the squad and try and keep the fans happy.. so for now albatross am in but for how long.... who knows

On a lighter note about football, thanks for your comments re Davey.

In my book it's quite simple ..... We missed relegation last season by a whisker - we have let 8 'first-teamers' leave the club if you count the 4 loanees ...
